AbAETERNUM antibodies forever

Contract Work

With over 30 years of experience in antibody development and engineering, I have a proven track record of success, particularly in the development of several antibodies for cancer diagnostics, such as the FDA-approved PD-L1 (SP263) assay.

I have helped several people or companies with a variety of both small and large projects, including:
  • Evaluating novel therapeutic technologies
  • Evaluating antigens for antibody development
  • Designing peptide immunogens
  • Performing statistical and data analyses using Python
  • Drawing or plotting figures for publication using Python and PowerPoint
  • Scraping and tabulating data from public databases using Python and JavaScript
  • Creating project management and database applications using Excel and Google Sheets

News

Dec 2024: I updated several of my programs (See My Code). In particular, I added new functions to the MolBioWiz program and improved its user interface . MolBioWiz can process up to thousands of sequences at once. It is especially useful for antibody V-region engineering, designing peptide immunogens, and finding sequence motifs.
