Enter fastA seqs in Top textArea

Select radiobutton XYZ to reformat fastA sequences keeping only nt and Aa chrs; select X-Y to keep all chrs except spaces; select RC to rev-complement; trnsl opens a translation options panel; name is for editing sequence names; find is to extract sequences based on keywords/motifs found in names or seqs.

ANTIBODY DEVELOPABILITY OUTPUT AREA
Several good molecular biology programs are available for free so, what is special about MolBioWiz?
There are 3 text areas: Top Mid Bot.

The UPLOAD button opens a dialog for selecting and uploading the contents of TEXT FILES into one of the three text areas.

You can try uploading other types of files, such as Microsoft Word files, but you will get extra "nonsense" characters.

If you want to work with text from web pages, pdf files, etc, you can highlight the text, copy it (ctrl + c), and paste (ctrl + v) it into these text areas.

Seqs works on fastA-formatted sequences entered in Top. MolBioWiz can process thousands of sequences.
AbAlign This function works on fastA-formatted antibody variable region sequences entered in Top.
Developability Buttons These buttons work only on Ab V-regions that are aligned exactly as the AbAlign output.

Antibody Developability
pepScan scans fastA-formatted protein sequences for good peptide immunogens.
The program outputs:
  1. a list of selected peptides in Mid
  2. aligned peptides, relative to each protein sequence, in Bot
How to best look at the aligned output
